Description

You will help customers use services and products related to electronic certificates, electronic signatures, and digital trust. The job includes customer communication, technical and user support, troubleshooting customer issues, and working with internal systems with associated administration. For complex cases, you’ll consult with your team and collaborate with your department lead.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and help resolve their requests
• Provide technical and user support
• Identify solutions for the problems customers report
• Work with internal systems and complete related administrative tasks
• Collaborate with the department lead and communicate with the team

Requirements

• At least completed high school education with maturita
• Confident computer use (Windows, Office)
• Pleasant and clear communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional while solving problems
• Interest in technology and desire to further specialize
• Reliability and ability to drive tasks to completion
• Basic English communication
