Description

You will support a banking-industry initiative by performing system analysis and ensuring effective collaboration between business areas and the development team. The work includes translating user needs into user stories and technical requirements, maintaining project documentation, and supporting testing with scenarios and cases. You will also perform system analysis for the build, development, and maintenance of products and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze user requirements; translate them into user stories and technical requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation per quality standards and change-tracking practices
• Participate in creating test scenarios and test cases; support the software testing process
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders across the solution lifecycle
• Run system analyses for product and business-process build, development, and maintenance
• Support defining acceptance criteria and refining solutions before deployment
• Use tools such as Enterprise Architect, Postman, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, BPMN, and UML

Requirements

• Higher education in a STEM field
• Experience in system analysis and working with development teams
• Proficiency with Enterprise Architect, Postman, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
• Ability to create and interpret BPMN and UML diagrams
• Practical experience with REST APIs
• Experience with message-queue systems, especially Kafka
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements and acceptance criteria
• SQL knowledge for data analysis and preparing test data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using GenAI tools in system analysis
• Effective stakeholder and technical-team collaboration
• Experience in projects for the financial/banking sector
