Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, then translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. The job includes BPMN/UML process modeling, creating use cases and system concepts, and running analytical workshops with stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with both business and technical teams to define and refine requirements and support the design and implementation of IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements

• Model business processes using BPMN and UML

• Create and update project and analytical documentation

• Develop use cases, system models, and solution concepts

• Prepare and run analysis workshops with stakeholders

• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and refine requirements

• Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams

• Identify dependencies, risks, and potential problems and propose solutions

• Support IT solution design and implementation

• Analyze and improve existing processes and information systems

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Practical knowledge of modeling tools, especially Enterprise Architect

• Knowledge of information system analysis principles and requirements documentation

• Experience in process modeling, use cases, and technical solution concepting

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to conduct workshops and gather requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams

• Independence, responsibility, and goal orientation

• English proficiency at least B2

• Willingness for occasional business travel

Mile Preferred

• IT-related education or experience

• Category B driver’s license
