Description

You will analyze and model business processes, assess requirement feasibility, and document requirements as User Stories / Use Cases. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will verify that delivered solutions match requirements and support testing and incident analysis. You will also maintain analytical/technical documentation in Confluence and present solutions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (developers, testers, system administrators)

• Independently analyze and model business processes

• Analyze requirements for feasibility

• Describe requirements in User Story format

• Create analytical/technical documentation in Confluence

• Oversee project team work and verify solution compliance with requirements and assumptions

• Participate in test plan preparation and verify test scenarios before testing

• Support internal testing of delivered solutions

• Support Helpdesk in analyzing complex incidents

• Work with external software vendors

• Present solutions to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience on IT projects as a business-systems analyst, including gathering, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements and identifying system assumptions/constraints

• SQL knowledge at a level enabling data analysis

• UML knowledge (BPMN is optional)

• Knowledge of CASE tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect)

• Agile methodology knowledge and experience (Scrum)

• Experience describing requirements using User Stories or Use Cases

• Teamwork skills, creativity, and strong work organization

• Analytical foresight—ability to anticipate scenarios and risks before they occur

• Higher education in IT

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and effective collaboration skills

• Ability to connect facts and context

• Proactive, independent thinking and initiative; identify potential problems and propose preventive actions

• Ability to create technical and training documentation
