Description

Join a system analysis team delivering banking projects covering investments, payments (domestic and international), mortgage loans, and everyday banking. The work centers on developing and rebuilding key credit processes, moving from a legacy application toward a new modular architecture. You will drive business/system analysis, requirements and user stories, functional modeling, documentation, and cross-team coordination to deliver application functionality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and system analysis for banking applications

• Collaborate with business units to define business requirements

• Collect and analyze requirements; prepare and validate user stories

• Work with stakeholders, developers, and testers to support application development and quality

• Coordinate tasks across IT teams and ensure delivery of functional scope

• Model functionality using UML or BPMN per the agreed standard

• Create and maintain functional documentation for delivered implementations

• Work with the team backlog

• Support applications in the test environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system analysis or business-to-system analysis

• Ability to create and read UML and BPMN models

• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect

• Knowledge of system communication (REST, KAFKA, WSO2)

• Experience in banking-industry IT system development projects

• Knowledge of relational databases

• Higher technical education (Computer Science or related)

• Must be located in Poland and have fluent Polish
