Description

You will support business and system analysis activities, including eliciting and modeling requirements and preparing system analyses for banking/digital solutions. Depending on the project, the role may focus on credit-related topics and on analyzing existing .NET/SQL applications’ documentation and code (optionally with AI support). You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical project teams to keep deliverables aligned with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, structure, and model business requirements

• Prepare system analyses based on business requirements

• Perform business modeling using use-case techniques and prototyping

• Create system and technical documentation and specifications

• Work with business stakeholders and project teams

• Coordinate with developers and testers during implementation/testing phases

• Ensure implemented solutions remain consistent with prepared documentation

Requirements

• Banking sector experience

• Business-to-system analysis experience

• Ability to elicit, analyze, structure, and model business requirements

• Ability to prepare system analyses from business requirements

• Experience in business modeling with use cases and prototyping

• Knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Jira and Confluence experience

• Ability to produce system/technical documentation and specifications

• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams

• Relevant higher education

• Communicative English

• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

Project-dependent (may be required depending on the assignment)

• Credit domain experience

• Experience creating specifications for digital solutions

• Ability to analyze existing .NET/SQL application documentation and code (AI-assisted)

• Knowledge of Angular

• Knowledge of .NET

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure

• Knowledge of contract and regulatory clause topics
