Description

You will analyze business requirements and convert them into system and technical requirements for a developer team. You will model processes and solutions using BPMN and UML, define functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria, and design integrations via REST APIs. You will also work with asynchronous messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka), prepare test datasets with SQL, and support acceptance testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system and technical requirements

• Model processes and solutions using BPMN and UML

• Prepare functional and technical specifications

• Define acceptance criteria

• Design and analyze integrations through REST APIs

• Work with asynchronous communication systems (RabbitMQ and Kafka)

• Analyze data and prepare test data using SQL

• Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders

• Support acceptance tests and the deployment process

• Use GenAI tools in daily analytical work

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business/System Analyst

• Knowledge of systems analysis methods

• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect

• Ability to create and read UML and BPMN diagrams

• Experience with REST API and Postman

• Knowledge of queueing systems, especially RabbitMQ (Kafka is a plus)

• Basic SQL knowledge and experience with Oracle SQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL

• Ability to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation for development teams

• Knowledge of acceptance testing techniques

• Experience working in Agile methodology

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Communication skills and ability to work in a team

• STEM university degree

• English proficiency at least B2
