Description

Join an IT team delivering projects in the banking sector, focused on modern e-banking systems. You will analyze business and system requirements, design solutions and modeling artifacts (UML/BPMN/use cases), and collaborate with developers and testers through the project lifecycle. You will also design and document integrations using REST API and Kafka, verifying that implementations match the documentation and requirements, with support from AI tools for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirement specifications

• Analyze business needs and prepare recommendations for technological solutions

• Design use cases, UML diagrams, and BPMN

• Create technical documentation for IT solutions

• Design and document system integrations based on REST API and Kafka

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers during the full project lifecycle

• Verify implementation compliance with prepared documentation and business requirements

• Use AI tools supporting business and system analysis

Requirements

• Minimum several years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT projects

• Experience in the banking sector, especially e-banking

• Very good knowledge of REST API and Kafka-based integrations

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Experience gathering, modeling, and documenting requirements

• Ability to prepare functional and technical specifications

• Good knowledge of SQL

• Experience working with Jira and Confluence

• Knowledge of AI tools supporting analysis work

• Strong organization, independence, and analytical thinking

• Communicative English
