Description

You will support a project aimed at building modern, automated corporate banking credit processes in close collaboration with business, risk, and IT.

You will translate stakeholder needs into functional/system concepts, including process design, UI mockups, and business rule modeling—then document and coordinate requirements through testing and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Create functional and system solution concepts (process design, UI mockups, business rule modeling)

• Analyze requirements with relevant bank departments and support users in defining business requirements

• Collaborate with business, risk, developers, and IT across all project stages

• Anticipate stakeholder and process-participant needs

• Support testing and coordinate the implementation process

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business or systems analysis in an IT transformation project

• Experience analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements using Jira and Confluence

• Experience mapping processes in BPMN and preparing requirements for implementation/changes

• Communicative English (B2)

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Very good Excel skills

• Experience working in Scrum
