Description

You will support development of IT solutions responsible for digitizing business processes and enabling corporate customer service. The role requires translating business needs into concrete system requirements, producing functional specifications and system documentation, and modeling business/system processes with BPMN and UML. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including business representatives and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine business requirements for IT solutions

• Prepare functional specifications and system documentation

• Model business and system processes using BPMN and UML

• Collaborate with business representatives to identify needs and define optimal solutions

• Work closely with development teams, testers, and architects during change implementation

• Analyze integrations between systems and define requirements for API interfaces

• Create and maintain project documentation

• Support deployment of changes and participate in Agile/Scrum activities

• Identify risks and dependencies and recommend improvements supporting banking system development

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst

• Experience delivering IT projects in the financial or banking sector

• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Ability to create functional and technical specifications

• Knowledge of BPMN and UML used in everyday work

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum

• Understanding of system integration and REST API

• Ability to work with SQL databases and analyze data for project needs

• CRM systems knowledge is an advantage
