Description

You will analyze and document business requirements, model processes with BPMN, and support the functional development of web applications for customer returns and complaints. You will also coordinate integrations between web applications and ERP systems (including Oracle E-Business Suite and Microsoft Dynamics). In addition, the role includes support request handling, solution verification/testing against business needs, and participation in rollout projects for new markets.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; model processes in BPMN with business owners

• Perform functional and systems analysis of existing web applications and design new functionality

• Coordinate and oversee integrations between web applications and ERP systems

• Handle support tickets

• Participate in implementation projects for additional markets (planning, scheduling, communication, support)

• Work with internal and external developers: prepare functional-technical specifications, create tasks, and oversee delivery

• Verify and test solutions to confirm compliance with business requirements

• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders according to organizational standards

Requirements

• Experience in business or system analysis (preferably for web applications, ERP, and integrations)

• Skills in BPMN process modeling and requirements documentation

• Knowledge of returns and claims processes

• Basic understanding of sales, logistics, and finance processes

• Experience testing solutions and working with business users

• Experience participating in implementation and development projects for web applications

• English proficiency (at least B2)

• Project coordination skills (communication, task coordination, deadline management)

• Knowledge of SDLC

• Higher education (preferred: IT, information systems, management, economics, or related)
