Description

You will serve as a Trusted Advisor to C-level executives, guiding enterprise clients from business problem diagnosis through transformation strategy, business case development, and implementation. The role includes conducting process audits, building transformation roadmaps, coordinating delivery with technology experts, and driving adoption to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of organizational processes for enterprise clients

• Create transformation roadmaps and business cases that justify investments

• Diagnose business challenges in finance, banking, and energy

• Coordinate implementations with technology expert teams

• Ensure recommended solutions are effectively used after rollout

• Build a culture of change and educate client teams

• Advise leadership (CEO, CFO, Directors of Transformation) and build authority with C-level stakeholders

• Realize measurable business effects

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise environments or in consulting/advisory for enterprise organizations

• At least 3–4 years in consulting or advisory for large enterprise clients, covering business or digital transformation

• Experience delivering business and digital transformations in the finance, banking, or energy sector

• Technical knowledge of ML, GenAI, cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP), SDLC/PDLC, and IT risk management to assess feasibility

• Ability to facilitate workshops with C-level leadership and translate business challenges into projects and ROI estimates

• Knowledge of safe AI deployment (Responsible AI, compliance) and corporate data protection

• Ability to track the AI technology market and distinguish scalable solutions from marketing hype

• Strong understanding that transformation is process and behavior change; ability to build consensus in complex organizations

• Hands-on style: guide clients from problem analysis through implementation while collaborating with engineering teams
