Description

You’ll translate business requirements into clear solution designs and support the delivery of AI-enabled enterprise systems. The role includes designing processes, use cases, and wireframes, collaborating on AI system and agent workflow concepts, and assessing impacts of changes across the whole system. You are expected to go beyond pure analysis with an overlap into architecture, technical design, or application development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into understandable solution proposals
• Propose processes, use cases, wireframes, and materials for the development team
• Collaborate on the design of AI systems and agent workflows
• Work with clients, architects, developers, and testers
• Identify dependencies and assess impacts of changes across the system
• Contribute to enterprise projects integrating AI, integrations, and complex IT environments

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies (ideally LLM, RAG, agentic systems) or designing AI workflows
• Ability to understand complex systems and propose solutions in the context of the full environment
• Experience working in enterprise environments and with large IT systems
• UML/BPMN knowledge with ability to create models
• Ability to produce clear, structured outputs
• Diligence, strong structuring, and analytical thinking
• Communication skills to connect business and technical teams
• Overlap toward application architecture, integrations, or application development (preferred)
• Orientation in cloud (especially Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes (beneficial)
