Description

You will advise CDO/CIO/CTO stakeholders on leveraging digital data technologies to improve business performance. The position includes defining data technology strategy and roadmaps, shaping data culture and adoption, and providing architectural advisory and oversight for complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support European clients with Data Analytics strategy, AI transformation, and delivery programs

• Enhance Data & Analytics frameworks by proposing efficient-to-implement and integrate solutions

• Drive technical evaluation of the current and target data environments with business and technology partners

• Define straightforward data/analytics architectures and collaborate with architects on domain and specialist-level problems

• Lead data analytics initiatives and technology consulting engagements

• Collaborate with internal, client, and third-party teams to execute transformations and understand the synergy between technology, customers, and business

• Stay current on emerging trends and challenges in clients’ markets and geographies

• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure integrated and successful delivery

• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders

• Build and maintain robust client relationships

• Understand EPAM Data Service Offerings and create new offerings (accelerators, blueprints, open-source tools)

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Data Technical Consultant and Data Solution Architect

• Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Visualization

• Hands-on technology experience in Data Analytics

• Awareness of data technology trends and market evolutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Awareness of data processing frameworks such as Databricks and MS Fabric

• Deep expertise in AI/ML with a strong focus on LLMs, advanced NLP, and Computer Vision; ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions

• Solid understanding of SDLC and best practices, promoting quality-focused code development

• CI/CD experience

• Ability to communicate technology pros/cons and present rational options to clients

• Ability to express viewpoints, make recommendations, and present analysis when needed
