Description

You will help clients transform interest in AI into realistic, safe, and beneficial next steps. In a consulting role, you identify needs and opportunities for AI, automation, and digital improvements, facilitate workshops and expert meetings, and prepare clear technical and practical materials for further decisions. The position is not primarily about developing or deploying solutions in production.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with companies, public administration, and research teams on AI, automation, and digital technologies
  • Identify client needs and opportunities for AI and related digital solutions
  • Support clients in defining intents, priorities, and next steps for AI and digital transformation
  • Prepare expert materials, recommendations, analyses, and solution proposals based on partner needs
  • Lead and facilitate consultation meetings, workshops, and other expert activities
  • Communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical partner representatives
  • Cooperate with expert and research teams to build services for external partners
  • Present experiences, trends, and best practices in AI
  • Contribute to methodologies, case studies, tools, and services in AI
  • Support preparation of follow-up projects and other forms of collaboration

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (min. Mgr./Ing.) in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, technical, economic, or related fields
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools, possibilities, and current trends in organizations
  • Ability to lead consultations and workshops and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to understand client needs, analyze related processes, data, and systems, and provide practical recommendations
  • Ability to create high-quality presentations, reports, roadmaps, and decision-support materials
  • Good knowledge of English in speech and writing for work in an international environment
  • Independence, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a dynamic team
