Description

Advise clients on leveraging digital data technologies to improve business performance across technology, people, and process. Drive data analytics and AI transformation consulting engagements by defining target architectures, enhancing data & analytics frameworks, and supporting adoption and sustainability of data solutions. Stay current on emerging trends and develop new data service offerings such as accelerators, blueprints, and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Work with European technical and business data practices to support clients’ data analytics strategy, AI transformation, and delivery programs.

  • Enhance data and analytics frameworks by proposing cohesive systems that are efficient to implement and integrate.

  • Consult on complex projects: define straightforward architectures and collaborate with architects on domain and technical problems.

  • Maintain awareness of architecture design trends and best practices.

  • Lead data analytics initiatives and technology consulting engagements.

  • Collaborate with internal, client, and third-party teams to execute transformations.

  • Communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders and build robust client relationships.

  • Monitor emerging trends and challenges in clients’ markets and geographies and explain impact on client initiatives.

  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure integrated and successful project delivery.

  • Develop new and improved data service offerings, including accelerators, blueprints, and (open source) tools.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Data Technical Consultant and Data Solution Architect.

  • Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Visualization.

  • Hands-on technology experience in data analytics.

  • Awareness of data technology trends, including major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data processing frameworks (Databricks, MS Fabric).

  • Deep AI/ML expertise with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), advanced NLP, and Computer Vision.

  • Good understanding of SDLC; ability to promote quality-focused code development and CI/CD.

  • Ability to communicate technology tradeoffs (pros/cons) and present rational recommendations to clients.

  • Confidence in expressing viewpoints, making recommendations, and presenting analysis when needed.
