Description

You will advise clients on leveraging digital data technologies to improve business performance across technology, people, and process. You will define data technology strategy and roadmaps, design target data architectures, and drive adoption and sustainability of solutions. You will support complex projects through technical oversight, communicate tradeoffs, and collaborate across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with European technical and business data practices to support Data Analytics strategy, AI transformation, and delivery programs
• Enhance Data and Analytics frameworks by proposing implementable and integrable cohesive systems
• Assess current and future data environments and align architecture work with business and technology roles
• Consult on complex projects and define straightforward architectures; collaborate with architects on domain-level technical problems
• Stay current on architecture design trends and best practices
• Drive Data Analytics initiatives and technology consulting engagements
• Collaborate with internal, client, and third-party teams to execute transformations
• Understand the synergy between technology, customers, and business
• Track emerging trends and challenges in client markets and geographies and their impact on initiatives
• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure integrated delivery
• Communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders and build long-term client relationships
• Develop new data service offerings (accelerators, blueprints, and open-source tools)

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Data Technical Consultant and Data Solution Architect
• Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Visualization
• Hands-on technology experience in Data Analytics
• Awareness of data technology trends and market evolution, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Awareness of data processing frameworks, including Databricks and MS Fabric
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, with strong focus on LLMs, advanced NLP, and Computer Vision; ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions
• Understanding of SDLC and ability to promote quality-focused code development
• Experience with CI/CD
• Ability to communicate technology pros/cons and recommend rational options to clients
• Confidence in providing viewpoints and analysis when needed
