Description

Lead a strategic, long-term AI transformation program coordinating multiple parallel business and technology initiatives, including development and deployment of AI-based solutions and building an AI platform. Own program scope, schedule, budget, quality, business goals, risks, and dependencies across AI, data, architecture, security, and business areas, and report progress to executive stakeholders. Drive AI adoption and organizational change while contributing to AI-Ready readiness through AI Governance and related responsible AI and security areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage the AI transformation program and coordinate multiple project streams

• Oversee scope, timeline, budget, quality, and achievement of business objectives

• Manage dependencies across AI initiatives, data platform, architecture, security, and business areas

• Co-create the AI transformation roadmap and monitor key milestones

• Report program progress to executive management and steering committees

• Manage risk, budget, and cost efficiency, including cloud service spend

• Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver new AI initiatives

• Coordinate AI adoption activities and organizational change management

Requirements

• 7+ years managing complex IT projects/programs bridging business and technology

• 5+ years leading large-scale transformation programs with multiple parallel workstreams and significant budgets

• Experience delivering AI/GenAI, digital transformation, and data platforms (Data Platform, Data Lake, Data Hub)

• Hands-on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), chatbots, AI agents, and Machine Learning experience

• Experience with cloud solutions: Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Experience running programs in large organizations (1000+ employees)

• Experience driving operating model change, business process transformation, and change management

• Ability to build and execute AI transformation roadmaps and coordinate enterprise deployments

• Experience defining KPIs/adoption metrics and monitoring AI business benefits

• Strong knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and regulations (AI Act, RODO/GDPR, DORA, NIS2)

• Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive (C-level) reporting

• Ability to lead large cross-functional teams (architecture, data science, development, business, external partners)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile-Waterfall

• Familiarity with tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint

• Technical higher education

• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner or SAFe (or equivalent) certificate
