Description

The Enterprise Business Consultant is a consultant and program leader who defines enterprise strategy and leads complex, cross-workstream initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role is primarily internal-facing, with occasional customer interaction depending on project needs. You will use data-driven reporting and executive communication to influence senior leaders and drive change management and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead critical enterprise programs spanning multiple workstreams and align delivery to business strategy

  • Shape governance, best practices, and execution standards within the Business Transformation Office

  • Define and drive strategy for large-scale cross-functional initiatives

  • Manage initiatives through established project and software development lifecycle methodologies

  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Technology, Professional Services, Marketing, Support, and other business functions

  • Use data, dashboards, and reporting (e.g., Power BI) to track progress and support decisions

  • Lead change management and cultural adoption efforts

  • Create and present executive materials (steering committee updates, status reports, financials, risks, issues)

  • Oversee project budgets and monitor financial performance and variances

  • Coordinate testing, customer UAT, and validation activities with analytics and technology teams

  • Act as a liaison between workstreams to ensure holistic delivery and alignment

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise or large-scale initiatives across multiple teams

  • Demonstrated consulting or strategic advisory experience (program management alone is not sufficient)

  • Salesforce or CRM experience, including understanding CRM-based data models

  • Experience working with data analysts and interpreting analytical models and insights

  • Strong experience leveraging Power BI or similar reporting tools

  • Excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate with senior leaders

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment

  • Leadership presence with a results-oriented, decisive mindset

  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and materials (PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with business functions such as Order to Cash, Commercial Analysis, Sales, Product, and Technology

  • Experience with collaboration and project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Clarizen

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)

  • SharePoint experience preferred
