Description

You will advise clients (CDO/CIO/CTO) on leveraging digital data technologies to improve business performance through technology strategy, roadmaps, and sustainable adoption of data solutions. You will lead complex data analytics and AI transformation engagements by defining pragmatic architectures, strengthening data and analytics frameworks, and coordinating delivery with cross-functional stakeholders. You will also build and grow client relationships and contribute to Data Service offerings such as accelerators, blueprints, and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support European clients with Data Analytics strategy, AI transformation, and delivery programs

  • Enhance Data and Analytics frameworks to improve business capabilities by proposing and integrating efficient systems

  • Evaluate current (“as-is”) and target (“to-be”) data environments with business and technology stakeholders

  • Define straightforward architectures and collaborate with architects on domain and specialist technical problems

  • Drive data analytics initiatives and technology consulting engagements

  • Coordinate transformation efforts with internal, client, and third-party teams

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with relevant stakeholders

  • Stay current on emerging data technology trends and market/industry challenges and their impact

  • Collaborate with project management to ensure integrated and successful project delivery

  • Understand Data Service offerings and create new accelerators, blueprints, and (open source) tools

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Data Technical Consultant and Data Solution Architect

  • Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Visualization

  • Hands-on experience with Data Analytics technologies

  • Awareness of data technology trends, including AWS, Azure, and GCP

  • Familiarity with data processing frameworks such as Databricks and MS Fabric

  • Deep AI/ML expertise focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), advanced NLP, and Computer Vision

  • Understanding of SDLC and experience promoting quality-focused code development

  • Experience with CI/CD and Continuous Deployment

  • Ability to communicate technical pros/cons and present rational options to clients

  • Ability to express viewpoints and make recommendations based on analysis
