Description

You will advise clients on leveraging digital data technologies to enhance business performance across technology, people, and process. The role includes defining data technology strategy, creating roadmaps, and enabling adoption through a data mindset, as well as advisory and oversight for new paradigms and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Work with European technical and business data practices to support Data Analytics strategy, AI transformation, and delivery programs

• Enhance Data and Analytics frameworks to improve business capabilities, proposing and integrating cohesive systems

• Define straightforward target architectures and advise on technical problems with architects (domain and specialist level)

• Drive Data Analytics initiatives and technology consulting engagements

• Collaborate with internal, client, and third-party teams to execute transformations

• Stay updated on emerging trends and challenges in clients’ markets and geographies and their impact on initiatives

• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure integrated project delivery

• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders

• Build and maintain robust client relationships

• Understand EPAM Data Service Offerings and create new accelerators, blueprints, and (open source) tools

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Data Technical Consultant and Data Solution Architect

• Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Visualization

• Hands-on technology experience in Data Analytics

• Awareness of data technology trends and market evolution, including AWS, Azure, GCP; Databricks; MS Fabric

• Deep expertise in AI/ML with strong focus on LLMs, advanced NLP, and Computer Vision; ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions

• Good understanding of SDLC and best practices; promote quality-focused code development and CI/CD

• Ability to communicate technology pros/cons and present rational recommendation options

• Confidence presenting analysis and recommendations when needed
