Description

You will advise Polish dog owners on how to feed their pets correctly, help with orders, and handle customer needs. You’ll communicate through social media, email, and phone, while collecting and evaluating feedback on products to pass it to the development team. The goal is to create a friendly customer experience where every customer feels part of the brand community.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via social media, email, and phone
• Provide counseling on dog nutrition (training will be provided)
• Collect and evaluate customer feedback on products and share it with the product development team
• Support brand building and customer experience

Requirements

• Clear, friendly communication
• Polish as a native language or fluent at an equivalent level
• Czech proficiency to collaborate with the rest of the team
• Interest in learning about dog nutrition and care (education or a personal interest is a plus)
• Ability to work on a computer (email, Word, Excel)
• Comfort working with social media
• Experience with sales in a pet store is a plus
