Description

You’ll help expand the Sales team across the Czech Republic and Slovakia by working on both customer acquisition and sales operations. The position includes presenting the Choice subscription solution to restaurant owners/managers, managing CRM and deal pipeline, and supporting operations such as contract and invoice preparation and coordinating meetings. Hybrid work is available (Praha/remote), with room to grow commercially, personally, and financially.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and approach new gastro businesses in the CZ/SK region

• Meet with restaurant owners and managers

• Present the Choice solution and close partnerships

• Manage customer pipeline in modern CRM

• Monitor market and competitors

• Prepare contracts, invoices, and pricing calculations

• Support CRM and backoffice processes

• Coordinate meetings and communication with other departments

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and General Manager

• Partially assist with prospecting and sales development

Requirements

• Native-level Czech or Slovak

• Comfort with phone calls and direct communication with people

• Independent work style combined with teamwork

• Ability to prospect and engage proactively

• English at least B1 (advantage)

• High energy, willingness to grow (CV less important than attitude)
