Description

You will work in an IT Customer Success role supporting business customers across 170+ countries. You’ll troubleshoot users’ configuration problems and provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance via phone, email, and remote sessions. Support is delivered in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Resolve configuration issues for users of company software
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales customer support in English and Polish by phone, email, and remote sessions

Requirements

• Experience supporting business customers via email, phone, and remote sessions
• Analytical thinking and independent problem-solving
• Positive energy, diligence, and engagement
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Ability to organize your own work effectively and strong technical mindset
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of general IT topics (email, internet, computer networks)
• Very good English and Polish proficiency (spoken and written)
