Description

You will provide customer support to Slovak customers via phone, email, and chat. You’ll help customers with non-technical questions about Google services such as Play Store, Google Pay (GPay), Google for Families, Google Play Books, Google Play Movies, and other Google services. You’ll handle customer requests and ensure high-quality service.

• Resolve customer requests and maintain quality service

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Czech or Slovak

• Communicative knowledge of English

• Good communication skills

• Interest in customer service and willingness to help customers

• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria
