Description

You will develop business opportunities and sell energy solutions to companies, cities, and municipalities. The job centers on quickly understanding a client’s situation, uncovering real needs, and presenting how the provider can help—then taking the deal to contract signing. Most client communication is handled by phone and online meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow B2B sales opportunities
• Actively prospect for new opportunities in addition to marketing leads
• Conduct needs discovery and adapt communication to different stakeholders
• Quote and price smaller deals independently; work with sales assistants on larger deals
• Coordinate offers and hand over signed clients to the project manager
• Build product knowledge step-by-step, starting with energy performance certificates and heating system inspections

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in B2B
• Ability to run sales discussions, handle objections, and close deals
• Comfort with proactive outreach and phone prospecting
• Strong listening skills and ability to ask effective questions
• Ability to understand and explain technical topics clearly to clients
• Self-driven mindset and ownership of results
• Willingness to learn energy offerings via onboarding and a tailored development plan
