Description

You will analyze customer business, technical, operational, and economic needs and design functional technical solutions for large commercial and utility projects (PV, BESS, EMS, hybrid systems) for tender and proposal materials.

You will collaborate with the internal sales team to present and defend proposed solutions, evaluate technical concepts against regulatory and standards requirements and regional grid-connection conditions, and support technical delivery including commissioning and performance parameters.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs (business, technical, operational, economic) and propose technical solutions for tenders

  • Present and justify solutions with the internal sales team

  • Evaluate technical concepts for suitability, including legislative/standards and grid-connection requirements

  • Work with technology suppliers to verify compatibility, certifications, and technical conditions

  • Perform technical-economic analyses (ROI, LCOE, operating scenarios)

  • Oversee technical implementation, commissioning, and achievement of performance parameters

  • Provide technical consultations and support customers

  • Coordinate with Quality & Customer Care on technical issues and escalations

  • Track energy technology trends and propose innovative solutions

  • Share internal know-how and participate in technical training for the team

Requirements

  • Practical experience with design and/or implementation of PV and BESS systems for larger C&I and/or utility projects

  • Knowledge of energy systems and grid connection conditions (distribution or transmission)

  • Experience designing technical solutions and working in a consulting/pre-sales role

  • Excellent Czech language skills (written and spoken)

  • English at least B2 (written and spoken), able to navigate professional terminology

  • Technical education (electrical engineering, energy engineering, or related)

  • User-level PC skills (MS Office; working with technical documentation)

  • Valid B driver’s license (Group B)
