Description

You will advise new and existing clients, understand their processes and needs, and provide expert guidance on the right solution. The work includes presenting solutions primarily by phone and email, collaborating daily with sales, marketing, delivery, and other teams, and creating sales offers backed by CRM data and required follow-up administration. You will gradually deepen your knowledge of sales, project, and technology contexts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with new and existing clients to understand processes and needs and give expert advice on suitable solutions
• Conduct consultations and solution presentations primarily by phone and email
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and other teams
• Create business proposals, work in CRM to track contacts/opportunities/contracts, and ensure related administrative follow-up
• Gradually learn sales, project, and technology-related context

Requirements

• Clear communication with clients and colleagues; ability to present solution proposals understandably
• Careful approach and ability to follow tasks through to completion
• Team-oriented mindset and understanding that best solutions come from cross-role collaboration
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn new things
• Comfortable working on a PC and learning new tools quickly (MS Office, CRM, Jira, Confluence)
• Advantage: knowledge of English or German
• Advantage: prior sales experience; most important is willingness to learn and grow
