Senior B2B Sales Representative

• Own the end-to-end B2B sales process from first outreach to closing

Description

You will lead expansion on the Czech market for an AI-driven solution that monitors energy consumption in real time, predicts risks, and helps businesses optimize costs and performance. After onboarding, you take responsibility for prospecting, building relationships, scheduling decision-maker meetings, managing activities in internal CRM, and closing deals. This role emphasizes active listening and driving the full sales cycle from first contact to final agreement.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities
• Develop existing partnerships
• Create databases and build a pipeline for strategic segments
• Coordinate meetings with decision-makers
• Run sales activities in the company’s internal CRM
• Manage the customer throughout the entire sales process
• Coordinate and collaborate with the team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales of IT solutions for industrial clients
• Professional, natural communication
• Comfort with cold calls and conducting sales meetings
• Czech at professional level; English at a communicative level
• Ability to work independently while fitting into a team
• HubSpot CRM experience is an advantage
• Own client database and network are an advantage
