Description

You will build and lead a DATEV/digitization team and manage customer projects focused on online accounting and digital workflows. The role includes introducing and supporting DATEV Cloud applications—especially DATEV Unternehmen online—and continuously improving business processes. You will also consult tax firms and companies (remote and on-site) and deliver customer trainings and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Build up and provide technical leadership for the DATEV/digitization team
• Coordinate customer projects and priorities
• Introduce and support DATEV Cloud applications, especially DATEV Unternehmen online
• Optimize commercial processes and digital workflows
• Advise tax firms and companies (remote and on-site)
• Conduct customer trainings and workshops

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of DATEV companies online, digital accounting processes, and the requirements of tax advisory firms
• Motivation to go beyond end-user support: build a DATEV team, steer customer projects, and actively develop digital office processes
• Leadership mindset combining DATEV expertise with consulting and enthusiasm for digitization
