Description

Lead a senior, self-motivated consulting and delivery role for a key enterprise customer, acting as the primary customer liaison and advocate. Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, covering program/project management, release management oversight, and customer adoption of industry best practices. Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement post-implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead an enterprise customer in IT Operations and implementation of the Veeva Quality Cloud suite
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, including resource planning, team leadership, project tracking, and forecasting
• Act as the primary liaison and manage communication among the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for the Quality Cloud suite
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization
• Guide customers through post-implementation programs focused on continuous improvement

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management, with a proven track record of leading system implementation projects
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise projects
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience assembling, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and leading project teams
• Ability to design and execute effective project governance models for large enterprises
• Strong technical affinity and/or hands-on experience with software implementation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage senior/executive-level stakeholders
• Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
• Ability to travel 25–50%; access to an airport
• Residence in Poland with full legal authorization to work locally (no employment visa sponsorship)
