Description

Lead enterprise Data Management & Governance strategy programs and advisory engagements for clients, often acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives. Conduct Data Management & Governance assessments, create maturity roadmaps, and build technology solutions that ensure data reliability, security, and quality. Deliver end-to-end services from strategy and use-case elaboration through MVP implementation and further enterprise scaling-out.

Responsibilities

  • Engage senior executives to define and execute Enterprise-wide Data Management & Governance strategy programs and business cases
  • Lead Data Management & Governance assessments and produce strategy, roadmaps, and implementation plans to move from current state to target maturity
  • Build technology solutions informed by business and IT capabilities to create value across the client organization
  • Provide end-to-end consulting from ideation and use-case elaboration to MVP implementation and enterprise scaling
  • Lead customer conversations and work with architecture teams to define modern Data Management architecture and data lifecycle practices
  • Support business development with proposals, Statements of Work, and client presentations
  • Create consulting offerings and reusable templates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline
  • 3+ years in a consulting role leading Data Management & Governance initiatives
  • Deep practical expertise in at least 2–3 areas: Data Governance operating model & policies, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Metadata Management & data cataloging, Data Lineage, Data Compliance
  • Understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM), including methodologies, processes, and implementation
  • Practical experience conducting maturity assessments and gap analysis with strategic roadmaps and implementation guidelines
  • Hands-on experience running customer workshops and collaboration sessions to discover priorities, understand current state, and determine readiness
  • Extensive practical expertise with a modern data stack, agile environments, and high-end technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written English to drive client discussions and draft documentation
