Description

Lead enterprise-wide Data Management & Governance strategy programs and business cases, often acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives. Run assessments, create roadmaps and implementation plans, and build technology solutions that help clients innovate across the organization. Deliver services end-to-end—from use case elaboration and MVP implementation to enterprise scaling—while ensuring data reliability, security, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior executives to define and execute Enterprise Data Management & Governance strategy programs and business cases

• Conduct Data Management & Governance assessments to move clients from current state to target maturity

• Translate business and IT capabilities into Data Management & Governance technology solutions

• Provide end-to-end support from strategy ideation and use case elaboration to MVP and scaling

• Lead customer workshops and collaboration sessions to discover priorities and determine maturity/readiness

• Support architectural discussions to define modern data management architecture and lifecycle practices

• Contribute to business development: proposals, Statements of Work, and client presentations

• Develop consulting offerings and reusable templates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years in a consulting role leading Data Management & Governance initiatives

• Deep practical expertise in at least 2–3 of: Data Governance operating model & policies, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Metadata Management & data cataloging, Data Lineage, Data Compliance

• Knowledge of DAMA and DCAM frameworks, including implementation

• Practical experience with maturity assessment and gap analysis; ability to produce strategic roadmaps and implementation guidelines

• Experience running customer workshops to uncover priorities, understand current state, and determine maturity/readiness

• Experience with modern data stack, agile environments, and advanced technologies

• Excellent verbal and written English
