Description

You will act as a trusted partner to life sciences organizations, leading the continuous evolution of their Veeva cloud platforms. Your work combines strategic advisory—translating client needs into scalable solution designs—with hands-on configuration and guidance for evaluating, testing, and adopting new Veeva product releases. You will also drive clear communication between clients and internal Veeva product and services teams to improve systems long term.

Responsibilities

• Align client business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities across Clinical and Regulatory domains

• Advise on best practices, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend system improvements

• Perform hands-on Veeva configuration to deliver system enhancements

• Support clients through evaluating, testing, and adopting new Veeva product releases and capabilities

• Lead client communication and coordinate with Veeva Product and Services teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with enterprise SaaS cloud solutions across implementation, configuration, administration, or consulting for external B2B clients

• Fluent English and strong client-facing communication

• Strong problem-solving agility for analyzing complex business needs and designing practical technical solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or equivalent relevant professional experience

• Physical residence in Poland and full legal authorization to work locally (no employment visa sponsorship)
