Description

You will lead and develop a team of specialists in electrical and electronics, helping them achieve project and technical goals. The role requires customer-facing and cross-organizational collaboration, setting priorities and development plans, and fostering motivation and constructive feedback. You will also support recruitment, competency building, and economic management of the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop electrical and electronics specialists to achieve project and technical targets

• Collaborate with the customer on ongoing projects; address technical topics and strengthen long-term partnership

• Set priorities, create development plans, and build an environment for motivation, collaboration, and constructive feedback

• Participate in hiring, building department competencies, and managing the team’s economic goals

• Communicate across the organization, identify new opportunities, and support technical concepts and proposals

Requirements

• Secondary or university technical education (electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or automotive preferred)

• English and/or German at least B2 for communication with customers and colleagues

• Understanding of vehicle electronics, electrical systems, and protocols (LIN, CAN; Ethernet preferred)

• Ability to work effectively with MS Office / Microsoft 365 (JIRA and Confluence are an advantage)

• Experience with people leadership: motivation, feedback, and professional development of team members
