Description

You will lead client solutions by connecting strategy, digital, and media thinking to address business challenges and drive long-term growth. You will guide a team of 4–7 people, participate in strategic decisions across markets, and partner with senior client stakeholders. This is not account management—it’s client partnership with a focus on setting the standard and shaping how client work is built.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4–7 people
• Support strategic decisions across different markets for each client
• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders on the client side
• Integrate digital, media, and business into a single approach
• Identify and define new opportunities for clients (not just execute campaigns)
• Contribute to building the new setup for client work

Requirements

• Experience with client and digital work, with motivation to do it differently
• Ability to lead people and clients without micromanagement
• Strategic thinking rather than purely operational execution
• Ability to handle complexity across multiple brands and pressure
• Ability to assess what makes sense/doesn’t and defend recommendations
• Strong overlap with digital and trends
