Description

Lead enterprise Data Management & Governance strategy programs, including assessments, roadmaps, and implementation plans. Build and scale modern data governance solutions across the full lifecycle—from ideation and use cases to MVP and enterprise rollout. Ensure data reliability, security, and quality using an agile, consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Enterprise-wide Data Management & Governance strategy programs and business cases.
• Perform assessments to improve capabilities from current state to desired maturity.
• Build technology solutions based on business and IT capabilities to create value across the client organization.
• Deliver end-to-end services from strategy ideation and use-case elaboration to MVP implementation and enterprise scaling.
• Support architectural discussions and define practices to manage data throughout its lifecycle.
• Support business development activities (proposals, Statements of Work, client presentations) and create reusable consulting templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience leading Data Management & Governance initiatives.
• Deep practical subject matter expertise in at least 2–3 areas: Data Governance operating model & policies, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Metadata Management & Data Cataloging, Data Lineage, Data Compliance.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM) and how to implement them.
• Experience conducting maturity assessments and gap analysis, producing roadmap and implementation guidance.
• Hands-on experience running customer workshops and collaboration sessions to assess priorities and determine readiness.
• Extensive practical expertise with a modern data stack and agile environments.
• Excellent verbal and written command of English.
