Description

As Head of Delivery, you will directly influence how projects are executed—ensuring smooth delivery, clear communication with clients and the team, and a strong focus on quality and efficiency. You will track profitability for both the department and individual projects, coordinate budgets with PMs, and support PMs in day-to-day work. You will also look for improvements and implement them to make delivery better for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Keep projects on track and ensure clear communication internally and with clients

• Oversee profitability for the Delivery department and for specific projects while maintaining quality and efficiency

• Plan and control budgets with PMs

• Make sure the team is appropriately allocated and has capacity where it is needed most

• Build strong client relationships based on respect, understanding, and a partnership approach

• Build a trusting atmosphere in the team and support PMs in daily delivery

• Identify delivery improvements and implement them

• Work according to core values and take responsibility for decisions

Requirements

• Experience building and managing budgets, profitability, and delivery processes

• Ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and collaborators

• Experience running IT projects, preferably with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Experience in e-commerce project development based on Magento (gathering business requirements and designing solutions) — MUST

• Ability to make decisions and take accountability

• Experience in the role of Head of Delivery (or a very similar role)

• Knowledge of project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Primetric, Google Workspace

• Fluent English communication
