Description

Lead international software projects by managing a pipeline of deliveries, timelines, risks, customer expectations, and stakeholder communications. Optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and profitability, including project budgeting, reporting, and solution evaluation for RFPs. Prepare commercial proposals and drive team performance improvements while coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline of projects and ensure delivery against timelines
• Track risks and manage business expectations with customers
• Optimize delivery processes, including project optimization and profitability management
• Plan, control, and allocate project budgets
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast project growth/decline
• Monitor and improve team performance metrics
• Perform RFP analysis and prepare evaluation of proposed solutions
• Prepare commercial proposals (including client presentation)
• Build and manage project timelines; coach and mentor team members
• Maintain customer reports and required documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT project management experience (planning, scheduling, communication, problem solving, change and risk management)
• 1+ year experience as a Delivery Manager
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with Agile contracts and Fix Price projects
• Good technical background (e.g., prior work as QA or Developer)
• Experience in domains such as fintech or healthcare
• Practical knowledge of Agile and SDLC
• Strong planning skills and ability to switch between projects without losing focus
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and experience managing requirements
• English: Intermediate+; German: Upper-Intermediate+
