Description

Lead end-to-end delivery for international software projects, optimizing delivery processes and driving collaboration with global clients. Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, stakeholder communications, and team performance metrics. Prepare RFP analyses and commercial proposals, and coach project teams throughout delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of projects
• Own timelines, risks, and customer business expectations
• Improve delivery efficiency, including project optimization and profitability management
• Plan, control, and allocate project budgets
• Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast project growth/decline
• Monitor and improve team performance metrics
• Perform RFP analysis and evaluate proposed solutions
• Prepare client commercial proposals (including presentations)
• Build and manage project teams and timelines
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project teams
• Communicate regularly with customers on business development, strategies, and objectives
• Maintain reports and necessary customer documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT project management experience (planning, scheduling, project communication, problem solving, change and risk management)
• 1+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience managing projects under Agile contracts and Fix Price
• Technical background (e.g., previous work as a QA or Developer)
• Experience in different domains (fintech or healthcare)
• Practical knowledge of Agile and SDLC
• Excellent planning skills and ability to switch between projects without losing focus
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and experience with requirements management
• Intermediate+ English
• Upper-Intermediate+ German
