Description

You will blend strategic delivery leadership with hands-on execution, taking full accountability for portfolio health while directly leading key software delivery projects. You will bridge client strategy, business growth, and technical execution, including introducing AI-assisted delivery practices to improve margins.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery & governance for key software projects, ensuring quality, scope control, and Agile best practices

• Manage health and profitability of an assigned client portfolio

• Build trust-based relationships with international clients and lead Quarterly Business Reviews

• Partner with Sales on expansion plans, upsell/cross-sell, and late-stage deal pipelines

• Introduce AI-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to boost margins

• Align delivery with overall business goals with Heads and executive leadership

• Act as primary escalation point and implement swift risk mitigation

• Coordinate engineering leads and cross-functional teams for delivery excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT services management combining hands-on delivery with strategic client ownership

• Fluent German (C1/C2); fluent English and Polish, written and spoken

• Ability to switch between high-level management and granular execution

• Commercial and financial acumen across T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services

• Awareness of modern tech and SDLC, including cloud-native environments and AI-driven delivery tooling

• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales and head-level leadership

• Extreme ownership, accountability, analytical thinking, and confidence under pressure

• Stakeholder management bridging technical delivery teams and C-level business executives
