• Rate: Up to 140 PLN net + VAT per hour (depending on experience and scope)

Description

Lead delivery at the intersection of business, digital, and IT for a banking industry project. Implement measurable delivery management using flow and capacity metrics (e.g., flow metrics, capacity, lead time, throughput) and link technology metrics to business outcomes such as revenue, cost, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery responsibilities in the business–digital–IT interface

• Manage value flow and improve delivery predictability

• Translate Agile practices from team level into real business results

• Establish a metrics-driven delivery approach (flow, capacity, lead time, throughput)

• Integrate technology metrics with business effects (revenue, cost, risk)

• Resolve systemic delivery problems such as bottlenecks, inter-team dependencies, and overload

• Work with IT leaders, business leaders, and the board on prioritization and execution

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Delivery/Agile/transformations in complex environments

• Experience in banking, finance, or FinTech

• Experience delivering banking products and digital products

• Experience in regulated environments

• Strong knowledge of scalable frameworks and project approaches

• Proven record of improving delivery predictability, shortening time-to-market, and eliminating inefficiencies

• Stakeholder collaboration experience

• Facilitation experience for difficult decisions and simplifying complex systems

• Nice to have: data-driven project experience and experience with the Hubs & Spokes model, including operational team execution and leadership-level decision making
