Description

Join a team working on diverse data and AI technologies across multiple client domains (financial, healthcare, insurance, and more). You will build data ingestion, processing, validation, and retrieval solutions while contributing to next-wave AI adoption, including agentic development environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement data ingestion from diverse sources (RDBMS, REST HTTP APIs, flat files, streams, time series, SAP)
• Process and transform data using Spark, Databricks, and cloud services
• Participate in AI adoption initiatives, including agentic development environments
• Implement project-specific business logic using languages supported by the primary data platform
• Optimize data retrieval, build dashboards, and perform data validation
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and IT professionals
• Provide thought leadership on data software engineering best practices and technology trends
• Maintain integrity and security of data sources and platforms
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade data systems and applications

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in software development with data software engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Proficient with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience and confidence using AI development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Strong understanding of JSON, Parquet, and Avro
• Hands-on SQL and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB)
• Proficiency in data warehousing solutions and ETL processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)
