Description

Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver innovative cloud-native analytical solutions using data and NoSQL technologies. Build cloud/on-prem/hybrid data solutions with best-in-class frameworks, drive next waves of AI adoption, and collaborate with product and architecture teams to design high-quality solutions. Ensure quality through code reviews, testing, documentation, and a strong engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL-related technologies
• Develop and implement Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using best-in-the-class data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architectures
• Build partnerships with architects, technical leads, and key cross-functional stakeholders
• Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments to design quality technical solutions
• Actively participate in code review and testing to ensure best-practice compliance
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performance engineering culture
• Write and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development with Data Software Engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Extensive experience with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Confidence using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience managing small and mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technological solutions in a simple, business-oriented way
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)
