Description

Lead and build innovative analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL technologies across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Drive next waves of AI adoption by partnering with product and engineering teams, evaluating architecture and features, and making design decisions. Lead engineering teams, perform code reviews and testing, and mentor team members while producing quality project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions using Cloud Native, data, and NoSQL-related technologies

• Build and implement Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using best-in-class data frameworks

• Drive next waves of AI adoption

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture

• Partner with architects, technical leads, and key stakeholders across functional groups

• Analyze business problems and technical environments to design quality technical solutions

• Participate in code review and testing to ensure best practice compliance

• Foster a high-performance engineering culture, mentor team members, and enable the team with tools and motivation

• Write and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development with Data Software Engineering technologies

• Advanced knowledge of Python

• Extensive experience with Spark and Databricks

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Experience and confidence using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)

• Experience managing small and mid-size teams using Agile methodology

• Ability to explain technological solutions in a simple, business-oriented way

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)
