Description

You will prepare and analyze data from multiple sources to develop and optimize agentic AI and machine learning models. You will design and standardize scalable AI environments, AI blueprints, and processes, and implement software solutions for structured and unstructured data. You will also pilot and monitor AI solutions to evaluate outcomes and maximize value in business processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze multi-source data to develop and optimize (Agentic)AI and machine learning models

• Design and standardize scalable AI environments, AI blueprints, and processes

• Build, implement, and operate software solutions for structured and unstructured data, focused on (Agentic)AI and machine learning

• Develop know-how, tools, and methods for (Agentic)AI

• Support operational units in integrating AI models into existing processes and systems

• Design and pilot AI solutions to monitor and evaluate results of implemented use cases

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German

• Completed degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or data

• Sound knowledge of GenAI, machine learning, and deep learning (including algorithms and models) and experience with RAG

• Experience preparing, cleansing, and enriching data for AI applications

• Very good knowledge of one or more programming languages (preferably Python) and relevant AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)

• Knowledge of SQL for data management and querying

• Experience with tools/frameworks/technologies for training, deploying, and monitoring AI models, including MLOps practices

• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms for scaling AI applications (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Kubernetes)

• Strong ability to identify and analyze data patterns and build prediction and decision-making models

• Ability to collaborate in networked, interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical topics clearly

• Service orientation, excellent teamwork, and strong commitment to meeting business needs

• Familiarity with team development using Git, including pull requests and code reviews
