Description

Lead and mentor engineering teams to develop and implement analytical solutions using cloud-native, data, and NoSQL technologies, helping drive next waves of AI adoption. Design and deliver cloud, on-premise, and hybrid data solutions, evaluate architecture and features with product and engineering partners, and translate business needs into quality technical designs. Contribute through code reviews, testing, documentation, and by building a high-performance engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative analytical solutions using cloud-native, data, and NoSQL technologies
• Build cloud/on-premise/hybrid solutions using best-in-class data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on requirements, new features, and architecture decisions
• Partner with architects, technical leads, and cross-functional groups
• Analyze business problems and technical environments to design high-quality solutions
• Participate in code review and testing to ensure best-practice compliance
• Foster an high-performance engineering culture; mentor team members and enable the team
• Write and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Data Software Engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Extensive experience with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience and confidence using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience managing small and mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, business-oriented way
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)
