Description

You will take responsibility for the end-to-end IT agenda and ensure everything is completed on time. As the main bridge between the local team in Ostrava and the headquarters in China, you will coordinate priorities, deadlines, and reporting. You will maintain a high-level overview of IT across infrastructure, systems, support, and security (TISAX).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire IT agenda and ensure timely completion
• Act as the connector between the team and the parent company in China
• Coordinate work, priorities, and deadlines; gently push the team when needed
• Maintain overall visibility across IT (infrastructure, systems, support, security — TISAX)
• Report to management and headquarters

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication skills (core of the role)
• Natural authority, patience, and ability to lead with a light but firm approach
• English comfortable for daily communication with headquarters
• Solid general IT overview (not required to be a specialist; the team will cover depth)
• Calm mindset and resilience when priorities change
