Description

Lead the ICT department by managing and developing the company’s ICT infrastructure and applications while implementing technology solutions that support company growth. You will be responsible for ICT strategy tied to overall business goals, ensuring reliable and secure operations, and supervising ICT projects from initiation to successful implementation. The role includes active communication with internal users and external vendors to drive digitalization and technology development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational management of the entire ICT department
• Co-create and implement the ICT strategy linked to company-wide goals
• Ensure reliable, secure, and stable operation of the complete ICT infrastructure
• Manage and conceptually develop corporate information systems
• Supervise ICT projects from assignment to successful implementation
• Communicate effectively with internal users and external suppliers
• Support digitalization and technological development across the company

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial ICT role (ideally in a medium to large company)
• Comprehensive architectural overview of enterprise hardware, software, and communication systems
• Practical experience in managing cybersecurity (processes, tools, and standards)
• Natural authority and leadership skills to motivate the team, organize work, and set priorities
• Analytical and systematic thinking with decision-making and high responsibility
• Proactive problem-solving approach and interest in modern technology trends
• University degree (technical or economic, ideally IT)
• Communicative knowledge of English for vendor interactions and documentation review
• Driving license category B (active driver)
