Description

You will lead a smaller internal IT team and gradually set up a practical way of working that brings clarity and structure to day-to-day IT operations. The role combines people management with everyday IT agenda, project work, and process definition. You don’t need to personally solve every technical issue, but you must understand IT well enough to ask the right questions, set priorities, and guide the team away from purely reactive firefighting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a smaller internal team of IT specialists and organize their day-to-day work
• Determine priorities and ensure important tasks are not lost in routine operations
• Gradually define clearer rules for handling IT requests and projects
• Coordinate the IT parts of internal projects and implement new technologies or devices
• Communicate with other departments and find reasonable solutions to their IT needs
• Participate in management meetings and present the current status of IT projects
• Support knowledge sharing and better internal information handover within the team
• Identify areas where current IT operations can be simplified or made more efficient

Requirements

• Experience in IT and sufficient technical overview to lead IT specialists
• Ability to organize work, decide on priorities, and bring tasks to completion
• Experience with people management
• Reasonable, partner-oriented approach to people
• Communicative English at approximately B1/B2
• Experience in a production environment with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems is welcomed, but not required
